Cameras

Until recently, I never understood the fascination people had with their cameras.

But now I get it. The pictures those cameras take capture life as it's happening. They're memories. Take enough and you've charted your life for not only you, but also for those that love you. It's beautiful, really, and that's why I'm thinking about purchasing a camera.

Far too many of my memories are faded.

Re-Boot

I know what you're going to say -- "He's said this before."

But this time I mean it -- I'm going to start blogging more consistently. This will be my last re-boot.

Or, well, I hope.

I'm 22-years old and a senior in college. I realize that the time I have remaining in Lawrence, Kansas and at KU is quickly dwindling.

Society considers me - *gasp* - an adult. The Government has for over four years now.

I'm entering a new, exciting stage in life and I plan to embrace it. Years later, I'd love to come back here, to this blog, and read about my transition into further responsibility.

My written thoughts will be trapped here forever, and that truly appeals to me. I don't ever want to forget my youth.
